Pink Cotton Candy Cupcake

Im not the biggest fan of all things covered in pink, But once I get on a colour theme idea, It has to be that way. Pink was it, Cotton Candy was the best flavour to do it with. The fluffy sweet stuff we all remember from our childhood at fairs/carnivals, Or still if you are like me and and still decide to enjoy the small stuff. I didn't want to  use a candy flavouring but insted incorporated cotton candy( fairy floss) into the frosting/cupcake itself.

Dr, Pepper Cake

There are a few things not very common in Australia, Like, dryer sheets, driving on the right side of the road, and Dr, Pepper soda. You can find coke, pepsi, sprite and many other we all know very well. The Dr. Pepper, You'll find hidden away in the back isle next to imported foods at a sad price of approx 3$ a can. My Bf a very big fan of it and had received a case of it for his birthday. I figured I make something tasty to go with his favourite drink. The recipe is easy enough and I imagine the Dr.P can be switched out for another soda of your choice as long as it blends with chocolate.
